Every time I come here to pickup food Togo the bar tender gets my name, I can see my food sitting on the counter ready but the bar tender proceeds to help every single other customer first, making me wait 15mins or more just to be given the option to pay for my food that’s been getting cold. Each time we come the food is wonderful but today we had an especially great experience with the service staff! We found a small hair in one dish and the staff was extremely professional about replacing the entire dish. The manager came to check on us several times and we felt like we were treated very well. Zach was super attentive and we felt respected by the whole staff! A+ customer service!
