This store is very inconsistent. I ordered online last week and the order was ready everything tasted good and fresh no problems. Today I go in around the same time as I did last week and the guy that walked up from the back acted inconvenienced by the fact I was there. I told him I had an online order for 10:30 am, he stated they don’t open until 11. I told him the website let me place my order and he said there was no order under my name. Come to find out they had their receipt printer unplugged and my order came thru when they plugged the printer in. Just a weird experience.

This location has been open for 10+ years so I feel that could be why it’s gone down hill but it’s definitely not the best location. Places an order ahead of time and still sat inside waiting for 15 minutes. The girls working were very rude and didn’t seem to be in a rush to check anyone out at all- wings weren’t as saucy as other locations and fries were limp

Went in during a dinner rush . Kudos to ALL the young men in the back preparing our order . Front house kept saying 45 wait. Which mine was more of a 20min & it was a big order & it was nicely assembled . In the past I’d have two bags with something missing . Keep up the good work fellas !

This is strictly a carry out restaurant. We ordered a "Boneless Meal Deal" which consists of 20 boneless wings, a large fry, and 2 dips. We picked up our order and when we got home there were no fries in the sack. I called the restaurant and was given the opportunity to come get a replacement order of fries, which was not convenient or wanted OR come by some other time and get a free 6 piece combo which was the choice we took. When, a couple of days later, I called the restaurant to order the 6 piece combo (EVERYTHNG is made to order here so it is imperative to call an order in or order it online) I spoke to the manager Robert and he took the order and was very courteous and apologetic about the mix-up. When we got home that time there was WAY more than what was promised plus a brownie thrown in for dessert. Good experience overall.

Screwed my order up. Said they'd refund me. A week later, I'm still waiting. I called and tried to speak with a manager who refused to speak with me, and the little girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. I'll be disputing this with my bank if I don't receive a refund in 24 hours.
Still the best wings, the servers can be ride but they get slammed all day and there isn't very many places to park or sit down and eat, a party of 10 is basically taking up the whole spot, I'd call my orders to go. Still the best. 👍🏽💯
Store cashiers always rude and don’t like helping anyone else out but online order it seems i waited over thirty min just to tell them my order and then they told me it’s not even that bad so I wait over a hour for a few hot wings without even getting the right order

You want to know what’s annoying. Calling in and requesting there is no ice in my drink just for them to not only give me the wrong drink (I know coke when I taste it) but also them putting a ton of ice in my drink. I called at 6:58pm today and a black man answered the phone and confirmed my name for my order and still didn’t give me what I requested. My food also arrived freezing cold and hard. My fries were super hard due to how cold they were. When the roads are bad people rely on these places to deliver their food and for the to give my driver ice cold and hard food and have things wrong in my order is unacceptable. Especially considering we have to pay extra fees to get our food. The delivery driver was great though. He got my food super quick after it said it was ready and he brought it to my super quick after he picked it up (that’s how I know the food was already completely cold when they packed it up)
