Wings were cooked great.

Never going here again the manager was rude. When I went to check on an order I had she rudely said “you sat there and seen me bag all these orders” then proceeded to slam the food down. I was just making sure they were not mine since she did bag 3 orders.As well as cooks were eating and they also were not wearing gloves. Never again. 0/5 stars.

Lady at the front desk , had horrible customer service
Then I placed an order had to wait 1hr while people who ordered after me got their food first .
Horrible experience, always have problems at this location .

The woman that works the register is always rude as hell. She makes it uncomfortable to order food, you can tell she hates her job. A guy asked her what drinks the door dash had and she ignored him and answered the phone and said “I was on the phone!!!” just rude. Two people came in behind us and ordered and got their food 10 minutes before they even started making our food. Watched her pick up the rugs off the floor, take them outside to dust off and comes back inside and didn’t wash her hands. Absolutely disgusting… she needs better training..wont come back to this location

Roscoe's customer service was phenomenal!! I placed my online order wrong and he took the extra step to correct it ( when he really didn't have to.) I am grateful.... and my food was delicious and fresh! I'll be back.

Made my order at 11AM ONLINE got the email it will be ready by 11:30 to pick up. Got at the store 11:40 and they haven’t even began to start my order. A LINE of people who order and or ordered after me had theirs ready to go well I still have to wait an additional 30 MINUTES for them to get my done. Absolutely ridiculous. Their organizing is disappointing and disgusting. Last time I will come here. Don’t waste your time try and locate a different one.

The only reason I’m not rating lower than two stars is because the food that we received wasn’t bad. I work in the service industry so I understand that when it’s busy and understaffed there’s not much you can do, but we received our order over 45 minutes after we placed it, service was not good, and upon opening the bag back home we realized we had not received the brownies we ordered, which isn’t too big of a deal but they were $3 each and we paid for them. Also we didn’t get any utensils.
