This is ahh bro I order on DoorDash and this not sent they lied on DoorDash and they said that they didn’t make it but on the app they say they prepared it I try to cancel but I can’t because they prepare it already, do not come to this wing stop bc it scam the freak outta you. The workers was still there, but they didn’t want to hand my order to my DoorDash, if this was a 0 star I’ll put it.

I sat there waiting for my order just to see them talk about the calls the store was getting but they didn't want to take the orders so they just didn't pick up. Also I had to remind them about my order after 15 minutes just for corn, and it turns out they didn't even tell the kitchen to cook the corn. So I had to sit and wait another 15 minutes. I called in the place the order 15 minutes before I arrived to the store. On top of all that I just feel like a couple of the workers have attitudes just because they don't want to be there or something and now the customer has to deal with it. I don't care if you want to be there or not, but don't make me feel like I'm doing something wrong by placing an order.

So your African American employee with the long red hair was recording me without my consent trying to hide it because I have a tracheostomy. I will NEVER come to this establishment again.
I placed my order online and asked for delivery because I cannot leave my house. When my order came, it was not correct. Well I was still going to eat it and not complain, but when I bit into the wing, it was cold and raw. I called up to the restaurant to let them know, and she said I had to go up there in order for them to do anything. I ordered delivery for a reason and they could not accommodate me when it was not my fault and would not refund me, whoever I spoke to was rude and laughed at me and hung up on me. Very rude. The least they could’ve done is refunded me.

This place is the worst to deal with. 0/5 if it was an option. A sales associate and an “assistant manager” said my order was handed to a doordasher before my doordasher showed. Check receipts? ( I think it was a lie.), my order was canceled, reordered (Assistant Manager assured me on the phone they were remaking it), new door dasher shows up 20 mins later says “the store can not find your order, they say 30 mins while they remake it”. They like to play with peoples money I guess. Will never order at this location again.
