Cashier was really condescending and gave me an attitude for no reason, she was very unresponsive and unapologetically rude towards me. My tenders were very small and my fries were not very well portioned, the flavor was great however I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Food was great, service on the other hand, not so much.

So I purchase 4 ..8 piece bone in dinners from this location tonight well when I got home in my 4 dinner box it only had 2 wings in there so I called back up there to let them know they told me I had to call Shawn the GM so I did he proceeds to tell me he can give me a refund of my food but will not correct my order bc I complain once before at this location not properly putting the correct wings with my order then he said they took my name down and now I'm banned from ordering at this location which I simply ask can they just remake my order correctly so he said he's giving me a refund and that's it ..the GM was very rude asking me how did i get his personal number I told him the workers gave it to me to contact you he start to over talk me and disconnect the call.so I goes back to the location they refund my money back but said I can no longer order from that location which is ridiculous all bc I called them out on how they always getting someone order wrong that's very unprofessional to handle a customer that way so never again I will order from this location I been going to this location for over 5 years they will never get my business again.

The last two times I’ve been here the food hasn’t been good. This is the same location that almost made me stop eating wingstop all together. It was going good until recently. I had ordered lemon pepper wings and original hot well done. None were well done. The lemon pepper looked undercooked. Which i ended up having to cook all the wings in the air fryer to which the ended up like what they should look like. I still ended up throwing majoring of the order away like last time. It just didn’t taste right and was cooked like i asked and not enough seasoning or sauce. This location is so iffy. Never know if it’s going to be good or nasty. So I’ll be going to other locations for now.

My wings weren’t cooked all the way still showing blood and lousy quality and Soda machine doesn’t have soda never return ever again.
Food good, service terrible, workers are slow. Food doesn’t come out on time. Will end up waiting 45+ mins for a call in order.
I was charged twice for my order. The manager is very very rude and basically called me a lier. Had to send receipt and statements to corporate and wait 72 hrs absolutely ridiculous

Over Priced 20 wings for $20 is a scam. I can BBQ 100 wings for $20 at home and Very cut throat on 10 sauces when won't cut prices. Not worth the trip. I would recommend making yourself.

This is ahh bro I order on DoorDash and this not sent they lied on DoorDash and they said that they didn’t make it but on the app they say they prepared it I try to cancel but I can’t because they prepare it already, do not come to this wing stop bc it scam the freak outta you. The workers was still there, but they didn’t want to hand my order to my DoorDash, if this was a 0 star I’ll put it.
