SLOWEST place on earth
Ordered on Ubereats and I must say that the the dry rub wings were poisonously salty and over seasoned while dripping oil. I could tell it was carelessly made.

Do not eat from this restaurant location they are disrespectful rude like stuck in the customers in front of other customers I witnessed the employees dropping food on the ground, picking up and putting it back in the bowl in 78 that’s been on the ground and the one employee was sitting there picking his nose and then touching the food

Everytime I call this location it’s always a hold on never can answer the phone and take a order I called this morning at 11:05am why am I holding for three minutes when they just opened it pisses me off of it was a closer and better location I wouldn’t go to this one food is always good but service is horrible. I order a 15 piece and only got 10 wings I drove way home and was so mad because how you mess that up I called to let them know I was on my way back put me on hold once again then when I got there the guy took my food back and fixed my order my main thing is he wasn’t suppose to take the food back in the first place my five wings I got was cold asf I asked for a drink or can I have some corn I got a drink but this location is really falling off need a better crew my ranch had a hair I’m highly pissed…

There are literally about 20 people waiting for their order, more than 25 minutes to get your food, they only have 5 people working and that is the problem. But it tastes perfect

I ordered a 10 piece with sweet chili glaze. My wings were fried extremely hard and small in size. I didn't even get the sauce of my choice.

I wouldn't go again, the potatoes were burnt and oversalted, it took a long time to give us the food and the chicken sandwich tasted horrible.
Today was the third time this happened… I called to place a to go order and they put me on hold but never respond. 10 mins can go by and when I hang up & call back it marks busy. They’ve done this 3 times and customer service is horrible. Not to mention the wait time or ordering online which they never “ receive” the order.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. Coworkers were screaming and yelling slamming around furniture, refusing to help each other while blasting Latino music and eating in front of me while I had already been waiting 30min. I walked out without my food. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and never returning to another wing stop. This location should be shut down. Extremely filthy, nasty and unprofessional.

Staff were rushed (it was a Friday evening) but were doing what they could. Atmosphere was fine, my gripe is every. single. wing. In my 15pc order was over cooked and dry. The fries were good.

Literally asked for my wings to be cooked as long as they will cook them and when I got them they were still pink in the middle and the skin was slimy. I have called well over 15-20 times trying to get in touch with the manager and the one day she was there she refused to speak to me and was gone by the time I get there. When I call to ask when the manager will be in not a single worker knows. Apparently every person who works there is new because that’s the answer I get every time. Then they tell me “well why don’t you just come up here when she’s here” well I never know when she is because yall always rude and then act like people don’t have jobs and get a hateful attitude because I simply said well I work 8-5 so I can’t just do that. Just terrible service and no one knows what’s going on. Horrible way to run a company.
