Service is trash. Terrible customer services. Bad attitudes at most locations in Tulsa. Fries cold. and don't ask for anything extra. Eye rolls and deep breaths is what you will get. They need to train their employees better. Maybe they don't care cause they're making plenty of money, this has been going on for years.I dont need wings that bad.

Came here to get wings and walked in to put in my order as I was waiting in the lobby I noticed the fountain drink machine was so very dirty the tables are all sticky trash all under the table and on the tables. The cashier were not so happy to be there felt like I was being treated with an attitude a bit was kinda not too welcoming to being here.

The attitude at this location is never good but we always go late and the food is good. Lately, they have been forgetting items on our orders, and today, they forgot our fries. We went back to the store to get them, and by the time we made it back home, our dog had gotten into the food and eaten our chicken even though we had put it away. When we called back about what had happened, not only were they unwilling to do anything about it even though they were partially responsible by leaving items out of our order in the first place they came back with a very flippant "sorry." They acted like they played no part in this situation what so ever. This wouldn't have happened if we hadn't had to go back.

Light skin lady with heart face tatto needs to be fired, she was rude on the phone and I witnessed her being rude to a customer that didn’t speak very good English. She was also being very rude to the other workers . As I was waiting for my food she would answer and hang up the phone instead of telling the clients to please hold.

Sadly the quality of the food has gone downhill. Veggies are always outdated or spoiled. Fries are burnt, and the wings don't have sauce. Most of the time wings are not even cooked. 02/19/2024

Store opened at 11 , even apologized for being the first customers.The woman who had a heart face tattoo was very rude and me feel uncomfortable. Waited 30 minutes for the food while 3 other employees sat down and had meal while they left 3 Hispanic workers worked in the back to work orders this was the morning time and feel I sorry , and feel like some workers felt they had a advantage over everyone else in the store including customers + other workers .

I placed an order through the site. I waited for over an hour just for them to cancel my order without explanation. I tried reaching out to the store, but every time I called the line was busy. I was still charged for an order I never received.

When I went to pickup my food I got told that it was handed out to someone else by mistake. Then I waited 30 minutes for my order, I was confident everything g was in the bag until I got home and I was missing half of my wing order(20). I called the restaurant 20+ times and no one answer, I came back to the restaurant with the order and requested a refund but I got told that it was going to be 5-6 business days to get the refund back. ( like I was going to feed my kids that night not 6 days later), very frustrating situation, this is the second time I have something missing in my order.
