The wings were severely dry and old tasting. The fries had barely any seasons. Customer service is flat out atrocious. They wait on you after they are done chatting and talking on their phones. I have given this place multiple chances and each time it gets worse. Don't bother even calling in your order because it's either lost, they don't answer or are extremely rude and hang up.

These wings are the closest to the recipe we had in our restaurant. I consider myself a little bit of a wing snob, and Wingstop hits the spot every time

Picked up to go. They left out my large fries. I was taking it to my parents, so I only ended up with a partial meal. Had to call multiple times before I reached them. They wouldn't credit it back. They just said they would just credit it to my phone number for next time. Not too happy about that!

Update for 2024. New staff and I can assume new management as well. The place has really turned around and is a pretty good location to get wings now.
Old review I have waited for a couple months and a few visits to leave a review because this place was new but I can now see nothing will change. It's normal to wait 30 - 45 minutes for an order of 8 wings and fries when they are not busy. At lunch you might as well just forget it. The food is good but they don't drain the oil off the chicken and it's normally 1/16th of an inch deep in the container.
The staff is generally fairly rude and seem to treat the place more like a hangout than work.
Anyway I hope the franchise owners see this and do some more training and get better management.

I accidentally made an order at this location and they wouldn’t cancel it 10 minutes after I made the order. I deliver blood to hospitals and have a strict schedule to attend to and your employees are less than helpful. Absolutely rude to the core to put it in blunt terms. Not sure why all wing stops have these nasty people with attitude playing strip club music as loud as possible. If you wanted to look like a gross steroetype then you nailed it.
