Employees are always friendly when I come in there. I enjoy them all from the cooks to the cashiers. To the ones cleaning up the dining area and my flats were perfectly cooked and well coated.

I have ordered delivery before and it was great. I just ordered again and my driver had to argue with them because they “misplaced” my ordered. Then they canceled my order because it was a duplicate? This is unacceptable and not professional. I will not be ordering from them again, this is not the first time they have done this. I recommend going somewhere else.

Love their food, but the cleanliness of WingStops is just gross. This one is definitely the best in terms of cleanliness however, but it could be much better.

I tried this restaurant in my country Kuwait and chose to take dinner there today here in Tesla, Oklahoma. This branch is good and quiet place and it is not crowded because we came late at night
We tried the chicken in several flavors and it was tender and their fries are amazing.

I always go in the mornings the girl that was there before knows my order she is always prompt at taking care of me and getting me hot fresh food. She has worked there for a long time and always so helpful and sweet. She knows I’m a regular and when I went is today I was not greeted at all no one spoke to me and I had to tell the person my order and on top of it the fries are soggy the chicken I got had seemed like it was sitting for a while even though I clearly stated I wanted all FRESH FOOD!!!! They gave me all nasty old food and I didn’t even get someone to say hi how can I help you or anything. I asked after my order was all messed up and not seeing the manager I used to see all the time FOR OVER 3years Monday through Friday when I would come in in they told me she no longer work there… she left before for about a month food quality was ok but I was so happy when she came back again. Destiny was the best employee here had my order down to a tee. And the place was always clean and food was good but now it’s horrible and people are rude. I might have to find a new wing stop when I stop in town if this type of service continues. Get better employees fast

They keep forgetting my ranch!!!! And I ordered hot lemon they left the lemon out 🙄 this is the second time!!! And I asked for all flats and they gave me flats and drummies . EVERYTIME I go they forget SOMETHING!!!!!!

The wings were severely dry and old tasting. The fries had barely any seasons. Customer service is flat out atrocious. They wait on you after they are done chatting and talking on their phones. I have given this place multiple chances and each time it gets worse. Don't bother even calling in your order because it's either lost, they don't answer or are extremely rude and hang up.
