Went today for the first time in a couple years. It was great! Staff was friendly, food was fresh, tables clean, and wonderful atmosphere.

I did app order was made wrong so I drove all the way backfor a remake. I called before heading back I got to the store handed food back and after waiting an hour I asked about my order and it hadn’t even been started even though people were coming in ordering at register and getting food and leaving. The cook he screamed across the kitchen you have to wait till all tickets are done for a remake and every new ticket goes in front of yours so you can wait or leave. I will never go back to any wingstop again after this visit. I will be posting online and telling every person I come across how bad wingstop is.Do yourself a favor and goto any location besides this one. I was also not the only person there in same situation.1 star is only because the system won’t allow 0 stars

I’ve been to a lot of wingstops all over the US and usually they’re alright.This one, however, is exceptional. Wings are always cooked fresh to order and arrive hot, sauces are great, and sides are all wonderful. Everyone that works the front register has been super nice too. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings near us and it’s terrible. Wingstop is closer and so much better!
Consistently gets orders wrong. When you complain they give you a coupon for free fries that you must use within 14 days. They mess up an order of $50 and give you the wrong stuff completely or leave stuff out altogether? Here's free fries. Then to top it off, the tries are soggy and they will probably mess that up as well by adding just enough cheese to make the fries complete mush. Do they pay these guys enough? Seems to be a new crew everytime I've gone.
