Nasty food, uncooked chicken and 4 of my wings had no sauce on them. The staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. I observe them making food in the kitchen as i wait... straight disgusting pulling a ear bud out of your ear and directly touching stuff. My online order took 22 minutes after the time it was suppose to be ready. The women here are beyond rude to my wife and I on every pickup, it's ok though we will never be back we dont want food poisoning or rude service! Might go try to the other location hopefully it's better.

Terrible they laughed in my pregnant girlfriends face when they messed up her order their wings are always trash cold or wrong I don't understand how you people eat this garbage mazzios got a better wing selection than them waste of time gas and money go to bdubs or hooters for wings shut this shit down

I ordered $61.80 including tax and tips. The driver picked up the food and left the store headed in the opposite direction. He stopped along the way for several minutes off i a neighborhood according to the delivery map showing the drivers delivery activity. He eventually made it to my house with a f-ing subway sandwich. Then runs off and gone. I called the store and got Nick on the phone -- all he could do he says is issue a refund. Nothing to just resend the order. He blames the delivery service. I blame this lame location because I placed the order in wing stop's website. Now I see the star rating is only 2.7 How I wish I had look there first. I might add that I have ordered delivery many times from them and this is the treatment from their problem. I am done!!!! '

I wanted to try wing stop for the first time yesterday and it gave me the worst food poisoning it’s all I ate yesterday so I know this is what gave me it. Everything was delicious and cooked properly but I think the store has cross-contamination and needs to get a deep clean or re train the staff or something.

Not only is the staff ridiculously rude, their store front clearly doesn't matter. It's always dirty and feels as if I'm eating in a restroom. Do better... Also, to add injury to insult, they can't prepare a meal on time to save their life. Just go to Buffalo Wild Wings, better service, better atmosphere, better chicken.

Been going her for a couple years, always very good at making sure my order is right. I've only had my order given to me wrong once and it was fixed promptly with a smile. Wait time are between 5-15 mins depending on how busy it is at the time. I personally would recommend
