I will never order from Pizza Hut again. They outsource all delivery through doordash which will ensure that your food shows up cold. When you have an issue with any missing items you won’t find help in the app, through calling the store, or through calling their answering service. Even the guy from the call center said that he doesn’t eat pizza hut and didn’t want to take my complaints. I’ve never had such careless food or careless customer service in my entire life and I regret my entire purchase. I’ll eat somewhere where they actually care to talk to a customer or care about at least getting the customer what they ordered. It’s literally theft to make a process like refunds so hard that no one will chase it down, they know it, and they don’t care.

Do not call the manager of the Pizza Hut store on 4911 S. Peoria and let him know about an order that feels like you’re chewing on shoe leather for the thin and crispy pizzas, all he will do is hang up on you. Very Unprofessional behavior. Fun fact I wasn’t even cursing or yelling, it was strictly normal conversation tone. Marking Pizza Hut off my list. Never eating at one or getting delivery from them, ever.

after a horrible time with dominos. I went to pizza hut but had to order online. In parking lot 🙄 Worker asks why am I there? so I apologize leave go somewhere else. order online.... pick up pizza. it looked 3 days old, scratched my daughter's throat when tried to eat it. Horrible. Won't return EVER

Ordered at noon...got it at 200PM. Pizza was cold, no napkins, no parmesan. This may have jsut been a bad day to be hungry because there was a travel advisory and icy roads, but I thought by them being a couple miles from the hotel it would turn out better,. Manager was nice and gave a refund.

Food was made to order. Super hot and fresh at 9:45pm on a Sunday evening! Even the tea was good. Love the pellet ice, chicken strips, and curly fries with ranch.
