While the atmosphere is nice, I'm very upset with my experience. On Halloween, tonight, one of the staff members came to the patio asking if someone had seen a bag. I turned on my flashlight and found a bag under the benches. I went to the bar to return it. There were a couple guys sitting on the side and behind the edge of the bar. I asked them if they worked there.
They said no, but pointed me towards the bartenders.

YBR has a great atmosphere overall. Everyone is welcoming and it’s a great place to meet new people. Prices are great and they also have non-alcoholic options. Non-smoking inside. 2 pool tables, darts, a large screen TV, and a patio. Definitely recommend!
