I started going to zaxby's when I got coupons at the Tulsa drillers game for a free kickin chicken sandwich which is got to be one of the most delicious things I've had, it consists of 3 chicken strips smothered in Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on 2 pieces of buttery Texas toast. I later started coming with my family and they have so many different delicious chicken items to choose from. If you love chicken this is the place for you but if you're expecting a hamburger this is not the place.

The food is good the salads are excellent but not consistent sometimes the toppings are lim sometimes they are bountiful I'm picky about salad dressing I have no complaints for theirs.

Absolutely disgusting. The food was literally dripping with oil and was under cooked and soggy. We waited for more than 40 mins along with several other tables. This was literally the worst fried food I have ever had. There were a few employees walking around the dining room but should probably have been in the back helping food get out of the kitchen. Nightmare experience.

This was awful! I tried to order with the app and it kept crashing, then I called the order in and was told 20 mins, gave them 25 mins and the order was still not done.. Had to wait an additional 20 mins to get my food. Rediculous! Will be hard pressed to eat here again. To top it all off they got one of my sandwiches wrong!

This was the first time I have eaten here and their chicken fingers and fries are really good. I had a coupon for 3 free fingers and I bought a small order of fries to go with them, I like the dipping sauce for the chicken.

Sorry I must post this, my previous visits to Zaxby's were great, but tonight was terrible, the chicken fingers were Not crispy and the fry's were limp and tasteless. The toast wasn't worth eating. Last visit for us....

I loved this place. This was my first time at Zaxby's, and it was the most enjoyable dining experience I have had in quite awhile. Where do I start. I had a grilled chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was melt in your mouth tender, perfectly seasoned. The fries were crinkle cut, golden brown crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Even the iced tea was extra delicious, in both sweet and unsweet variety. I didn't have room for desert, the food portions are LARGE. They have homemade cookies and brownies. The honey mustard sauce, good on both sandwich and fries, was the best I've ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Dinner was brought to our table. Prices are reasonable. I can't wait to go back and try their salads. I highly recommend this lovely place.
Fried mushrooms and chicken wings to go, we had a couple different kinds and it was really good. The portions were a bit small but very tasty and flavorful. I want to come back and try thr boneless wings as well. Fries were good as well, but the mushrooms were the real treat.

Happy National Chicken Strip Day!!! My friend sent me a link for 5 free strips because of the "holiday" from Zaxby's. When I arrived it was BUSY!!! I guess word got out about the free chicken strips. I went through the drive-through and Rosie helped me take my order. There was about a five minute wait but when the chicken strips arrived they were hot and fresh. I ordered them with Zaxby sauce and my total was zero dollars!!! When I got home the strips were still hot and crispy, perhaps too crispy as though they left them in the grease about five seconds too long. But when the food is free you can overlook little faux pas's like that.

There chicken fingers are really good!! and there is Zaxby sauce is really good to!! you should try the sauce. There really friendly. I like their drive-through!! There sweet tea is really good!!

This is my favorite zaxby's. Yazmyne is very nice. customer care is beyond expectations when she is there, she always has a positive additude and she should become manger if shes not already !!!! She is truly wonderful!
