The service was quick. I used the drive through. But the chicken nuggets were overcooked. They were hard and tasteless. It was the middle of the afternoon, but that's no excuse as I paid the same price I would have paid during the busier time of day.

Placed order on Doordash at 9:40 pm 10/30 we had 2 dashers drop the order and then the 3rd one picked up the order due to them telling the working that the order was placed way before they closed. Im glad the door dasher got our food but i know for damn sure Zaxby's saw the order on their screen and decided not to make it till the dasher went up and told them about the situation. moral of the story, doesnt matter if it is 40 minutes before you close! make the food with no excuses!

I was dinning in with my partner this one day, and all I hear in the back is a women screaming at these Hispanic cooks telling them she doesn’t speak “tacobell” and when I went to go get sauce I got her name which was Nancy. And the man who owns this zaxby’s restaurant most likely is aware that she treats the workers like trash because of their skin color. I will never be coming back to such a place where only one race is treated right. I also heard her yelling at the teenagers for asking a simple question. This was a horrible interaction, and a horrible environment. I am disgusted by the racism, by the environment, and by the owner who lets it slide.
