I picked up an online order yesterday. I honestly just think they gave us what they wanted us to have and not what we ordered. One wing meal had the incorrect sauce for the wings to be tossed in. I also ordered 4 various sauces, and they just gave us 2 zax sauces. It was not enough for the food ordered or what we ordered at all. For the food to be so expensive, you would hope they would be more careful in double checking the order.

Got the signature spicy sandwich it was undercooked and chewy did not eat it went to Chick-fil-A after.

The food was good, the tenders were a little too salty but it was good. They were really quick to make the food. But there was a huge group of boys yelling and shouting in the restaurant and nothing was done about it, but besides that everything was fine

We got the salad and a 4 PC chicken strips meal 25.00 well the salad my wife loved that's why the 3 stars my strips was more like nuggets so small for 10 and change a small amount slaw and the frys was cold not good

Until today , it had a few months since I had eaten here. I have always ordered the same thing….Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad. Prices had definitely gone up and serving sizes had definitely shrunk. Service was lacking. Stood at counter for about 5 minutes before I was ever acknowledged

This location always has the nicest staff at the window! I’ve tried to send good feedback through their surveys so the store knows. Never have had any mix ups or issues here and the food is always good.
Also, the handcrafted peach tea also has no business being so delicious!

Work on your communication with customers. Drive thru - Ordered, paid at window, told to move forward (no communication why) and would be brought out to me. Waited about 20 minutes, after 5 cars had come and gone. Front doors were locked so had to back up. Didn't see a manager until I asked for one and he disappeared after speaking with him. Total of 30 minute wait and never got told why until I asked (wait on grilled chicken, then they gave my order to someone else, had to wait on chicken again). Clerks were apologetic and nice but need better guidance from management. Manager didn't offer to do anything for my wait, who never came back after initial discussion. Clerk gave me some cookies. Manager should have been involved about 6-7 minutes in and thru the rest of the visit.
