Pulled into the drive inn at 9:40, and they close at 10. I get a little worried about going to get food when it's getting close to closing time. When we pulled up, some lady was making weird noises at the drive-thru speaker. Then they were laughing and then took our order. The order was not correct, and all we ordered was 2 cobb salads, one with grilled chicken and one with fried chicken. I love zaxybs chicken and salad, and this wasn't it. I am very disappointed with my experience and food. Definitely, of all the different states I have had zaxbys, this place was by far the worse.

This is my favorite place to get a zalad! The Cobb salad is amazing. My salad was so good I hate my co workers order them a salad. My kids eat everything hot I finally found a place they love eat at. They all eat the hottest chicken.

The chicken fingers seemed to be lacking the seasoning. They were bland. Not the usual quality. Still decent just was missing flavor.

Aiden manager on duty at time of purchase was very rude. Called due to order incorrect and he was not very nice.

This was our first ever visit to a Zaxby's, not impressed!! Stated we would be dining in, it was 8:46 pm on 09/24/24. I ordered the special avocado ranch chicken finger taco, cashier asked if I wanted the pack or single taco. Assuming the pack was 3 based on the picture on the menu board, I ordered the pack. Asked if a drink came with it, was told no so said I wanted water, charged me for a med drink (2.69) I even said something about being charged for water. Husband ordered a signature club sandwich meal. Noticed the amount for the pack of tacos was $20.00, had that removed and asked how much 1 taco was. It was only $3.00 so I ordered 2 along with my $2.69 water!! Now, we pay, get our drinks and go sit down. A woman came in, ordered and complained to us that she was told the lobby closes at 9 pm and she would have to eat fast (we were not told anything like that). She got her meal before us (it was a salad), no big deal. Our's came in takeout boxes and we noticed on receipt that it was marked as carry out, again no big deal we just ate it there. Now, being new to Zaxby's I pull up the menu online to see what a pack of tacos is (as you know it is 9). I discovered that there is a 3 taco meal with a drink for something like $9.89. Noticed that the Avocado ranch taco should have bacon, mine did not!!! So as you can see, the experience was not what I expected. The chicken was good, mine was just missing ingredients, fries not so good. Being charged a med drink when asked for water, not good. Don't know if the cashier was new or what, but I don't think she knew the specials very well. And charging a med drink price for water, who does that!!! We might try again at an earlier time to see if a different crew does a better job of customer service and knowledge of specials. But at this posting, we are not impressed with Zaxby's.

I ordered my food online before arriving at the restaurant. When I went in, I saw a shelf with a sign that said that was where online orders could be picked up, so I went straight to it. A few minutes past the time it said the order should be ready, the shelf was still empty. No one said anything to me until after the line of 4 or 5 people at the front register was gone. Only then did I find out that they had my food sitting back behind the counter. What was the point of ordering online ahead of time if I was going to have to stand in line anyway? I don't understand why they didn't put the food on the shelf with the sign that said it was where my food should be, so that I could walk in, grab it, and leave, just like I could at most places that have such shelves for online orders. The chicken strips were okay. They were a little too salty, and the french fries were definitely too salty. The cole slaw was alright. The Texas toast was good. The lemonade is bitter. It tastes like it's full of lemon peel. For similar but better tasting fare, I'd recommend Slim Chicken's instead.

Oh wow!!! There's something very wrong with the chicken LATELY !! It chews hard almost like rubber. I had a chicken sandwich and I could not even finish the sandwich only a few bites. I went to bite down and it was so thick/hard not over cooked at all because it was gilled, at that moment I had just lost my whole appetite. And on that day they needed to change the grease because the fries did not have a good taste nor were they fresh and hot.
