I was there about a week ago my
Milkshake was great, but the worker, Dana, rushed me off as I was talking and shut the window in my face. Even though the interaction lasted less than 5 seconds. I think we need a little bit more professionalism.

Don't order coleslaw via door dash, or it will end up just thrown into the container with everything else, and then will mix into your fries and strips and make everything soggy and gross

Off saying that my introduction coming through the drive through was amazing. I'm not sure if the person on the headset was the person at the window but they did seem like completely different people. Today was a mediocre day.Normally, my food is fresh, hot straight out the grease. Today my fries were good but not fresh.My chicken was warm but not fresh and my toast was cold and not fresh. I come here expecting the best because you are the best. I guess today wasn't off day. We all have them.You will still be a great restaurant and not because I said so. ....... all love Zaxbys always......
