Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I usually do the drive thru but today my daughter wanted to eat inside. The staff were so nice! Thanks for doing such great work.

It’s 0945 and the lobby was closed, I trued the lobby because I have a trailer they just looked at me when they saw me at the door, ust lost a potential new customer.

My husband came here to pick up some food for a little date night at home. Y’all need to work on how to make an order correctly and actually give your customers their entire order. I ordered a large diet Dr Pepper to indulge myself for our date night, but it was absolutely nowhere to be found when my husband brought the order inside. It is not that hard to give your customers their entire order when they go in your drive through. Do better!

It was a very long wait. They were very friendly. But I didn't like the food. Im a raising canes girly and zaxbys just didn't hit the same. Also the portion of fries I recieved was much smaller than I anticipated.

I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a signature Spicy Chicken Sandwich. My chicken sandwich wasn't spicy. Order a hemecraft strawberry lemonade and the ice was full to the top.So basically I got more ice then strawberry lemonade.

I would be lying if I said that. Zaxby's is my favorite chicken overall, but I will also have to admit that they are a solid place. They offer a really good flavored chicken. So what I like about coming to this location in particular is how clean and well mannered. The employees are at least in my experience in this particular day. We had awesome lady Samantha walking around kind with her smile. Making people feel comfortable cleaning up the lobby, taking orders, bringing people food out, and just her contagious smile helped us feel welcome as a family. See places like this who don't necessarily have an option to tip should allow to tip people so much because of being able to offer employees the gratuity. Well-earned not because of a customer because of good attitude and service. I like all the places who literally just stab you with a tip line and they expect you to do it promote zero and sentativity to an employee to to be incentivized because of their quality of service. But oh well, the world is changing

Love Zaxby's chicken and their menu. The compliment especially the location is convenient after the fair or after going to the water park or shopping at Target. It's nice to have a place to go and grab something to eat after a long day of activities.

I’m a saltaholic I salt my salt and even I can’t eat the food here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 time because someone I was with want to eat here. All three times the chicken and sides were too salty for me to get down. I won’t be back.
