We are visiting Tulsa for a robotics competition. We went in and ordered for 15 teenagers and 4 adults. Everyone was amazing and friendly. The food was correct and well done.

Came here for 3 large cups of water as usual and was told that they could only give me a 20 oz unless I wanted to pay for it. I said I wanted the large because I didn’t mind paying. When I got to the window the guy told me that my total $9 and some change. When I said that can’t be my order he said well I have to charge you for the cups. They normally charge me for the cups but he said the cups were $2.89. I don’t believe they serve water cups for that amount anywhere. The guy seemed annoyed that I only wanted water.

The Staff was VERY kind, friendly, and helpful; However, the food was just OK. The chicken isn't the worst I've had, but honestly I can think of a couple other places I would rather go. If someone invited me I would eat there again, and I'm sure I'll get a craving and want to grab some again, but its not my first chicken choice.

Ordered a 4 piece and fry's, they only gave one sauce pack. Not a big one, just one little sauce packet.

Food is good that’s why I rate the two stars, cashier was sweet but the manager and some other employees on duty need to learn how to talk around customers especially not using foul language around them I heard it while taking my order. But next time I’ll be going to a different zaxby’s just not this one.
Placed an online order. Noticed items missing like drinks, which i got at the window. Sides also missing once I got home. Something missing from every plate. Ordered seasoned fries, and only one was seasoned and tossed in the box with unseasoned fries. I live five minutes away, and my food was also cold. I normally will not return to businesses for mistakes like this. The lack of customer care is evident in the prep of my order. Chalking the money I spent here to a loss. Tea did have plenty of ice.

This has been my favorite location good always fresh but last night my children got sick after eating the kids meals they have had diarrhea for 12 hours straight and stomach pains also a friend of mines has complained that this is the same location that got her family

Their funnel cake is everything! it's small and you have to eat it fresh but it's so good. I recommend asking for extra sugar if you like it on each bite but it's really good as is. It comes with caramel sauce but I'm not a huge fan. I prefer to eat it as is.I'm not a huge fan of Zaxby's food but I definitely recommend this funnel cake. It doesn't taste like the fair but it's a good alternative! Especially if you haven't had one from the fair in a while.
