I was wow’ed at Ziggi’s Owner and employee today. I had ordered and inadvertently a drink had been missed. The Owner, Lee Ann, contacted me and had an employee, Nick, bring me a fresh drink.
The food was amazing I ordered a bagel sandwich and pumpkin bread. I will be ordering that. And the drink the brought me was a Dragon Fruit Splash.

This location happens to have a lot of young people working and many of them don't care about coffee or coffee lovers.
I will never go there again and I'm sure they could care less
On 11/23/25 I went to get a fresh brewed dark roast, cream on the side. When I went to add my cream I noticed a lot of small, fine particles. I thought it might be grounds so I went back to the counter and nicely let them know and asked for another coffee please.
The young lady that took my complaint said she would re-brew it for me after letting me know that there were grounds in the filter container. She rinsed the container but didn't bother emptying or cleaning the coffee container.
I figured this out at the end of my coffee. My stomach wasn't feeling too good and I checked the cup before throwing it away.
So even though I went and asked for another freshly brewed dark roast coffee, the employees still gave me a cup with grounds and things in it.
Coffee lovers like myself don't play about a good tasting cup of coffee!
If you don't want a stomach ache or possible food poisoning - I'd think twice before going to spend money at this location. It is clear that the kids working there don't care about ☕️ and they aren't cleaning properly! -*pictures provided
