We had a 30 minute wait the restaurant wasn't even busy. We finally got seated. Had to ask for bread twice. Finally got our meal it was so terrible. I ordered the Shrimp Limone so disgusting the angel hair pasta I could not separate with a fork the bowl was filled with tons of gummy gross pasta. No flavor 5 shrimp no lemon flavor I sent it back. My fiance ordered pasta spaghetti they couldn't cook his pasta correctly. It was mush. I was very displeased. I've always had good experiences at Zios on 81st Lewis. This is the second time the food was gummy the first time we did door dash I ordered Veggie Primavara they threw in whole artichokes out of can not cut up not even drained it was bland watery gummy justplain

Meh... had early dinner here today. I'm from out of town, and only eat here when in Tulsa. Last time I was at Zio's was in 2019, and it was good then. Today it took us 5 min to get a table when there were only 2 people eating in the whole place. 2-3 workers saw us and did nothing :/ Then we ordered food and they brought out two orders of tortellini, when we ordered one egg plant parm and one tortellini. The guy taking our order should consider writing down orders because he also messed up our drinks. It was sad. We were one of three tables (around 4:45pm). Food was good, but one entree wasn't even what we ordered. Probably won't be back :(

This is the best Italian food I've had in a very long time. The waitstaff was courteous, prompt and made sure we were comfortable. Great prices and huge portions. Can't say enough good things about Zio's Italian Kitchen.

If you want some mediocre Italian food, go to zios! It seems like they are very hit or miss and even when they hit it's a soft hit.

I came in with my friend. Was told to wait a couple of minutes. Ended up waiting almost 10 . Each waiter looked at us in the eye.. I watched this waitress bring a couple menus, ...then that same couple their salad, take a couples order and then she took the SAME couples entree order. That's quite alright. The one on 71st by the mall is good.

Food was awesome! Had the absolutely hands down the greatest waiter, he was kind and on the ball, great attitude, I haven't felt that good in a restaurant in a long time! Awesome job Carter! Will ask for you next time!

Food was cold. We also never knew who our server was. So many different people introduced themselves to us. The guy who did take care of us deserves a raise.

I hate to give this place only one star but it is worse than hospital food. Don’t get anything on the menu but the bread. Really bad quality and really bad service. Gordan Ramsey would have a field day with this place. No offense to our server, but no one trained him. He was cool though. I’ll leave him a good tip.

Ate here for the first time in many years. A lot has changed. I noticed they no longer add the server's name to the paper on the table, a small thing thing, just took away from the old Zios experience. The server April did an adequate job. The food was edible. The bread and olive oil blend was the best thing we had . Our appetizer was hot and fresh the chicken strips were great.....I had the chicken Alfredo. The sauce was watered down, not thick and creamy and the chicken was rubbery (seemed microwaved). The server did offer me mushrooms and onions, which I did not know was an option. My friend had the spaghetti feast, he liked it. The fresh parmesan was spooned from a bowl, no biggie just a change. The thing that I most noticed was the lack of cleanliness. The place is in desperate need of a scrubbing and a coat of paint. I get it is old world Italian charm. The windows were filthy, all along the baseboards is dirty build up. The half wall we were sitting next to was splattered with old food. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a month. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is.I get help is hard to find, but if upper management doesn't do something on a corporate level it's only going to get worse. Due to the lack of attention to detail, we won't be back any time soon. Get it together guys the place use to be better.

Vomit food are two words to describe the nasty disgusting meal I had. The food arrived COLD. (It was delivered to my home.) The breadstick was ripped to pieces and flat with NO FLAVOR whatsoever. I had their ravioli and the pasta of it was stiff and stuck to its neighbors with the internal cheese tasting like old mildew-ish white cottage cheese. The cook obviously didn't care about presentation or flavor because it was take out delivery. Each of the three members of my family did NOT ENJOY THEIR TINY SERVING. It was shameful and the cook should be embarrassed to the core to send out TRASH in the restaurant's name.

Service: SlowDrink Refills: none offered. Glass went DRY.Cleanliness of location: dusty windowsills, crumbs in chairs.Friendliest of employees: par fab.Tasty food: it was par fab. It wasn't that's flavorful. I've had better come from a can.Door issue: the right side door on the entrance does not open. Use the left door. This was reported but an employee but... he didn't really care that it was causing potential paying customers to walk away and made an excuse without getting the issue resolved.A SIMPLE SIGN WOULD WORK WONDERS!

We went for dinner and it was cold inside and everyone had their coats on. My wife seen the thermostat at 58 degrees and food was good at all. We used to love eating here. We will not be back
