The Ranch Restaurant at Talimichi LLC

Terrible experience on Mother's Day. Ordered the $260 Cowboy Feast, only to be served Raw/Blue steak. The Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye & NY Strip were literally still raw and cold to the touch. Scraped the Tomahawk off the cutting board only to be served with the same steak thrown back on the burner and brought back well done. Our side of French Fries were forgotten, and when reminded and served, they were soggy and cold. Cesar salad bland, no salt or flavor. I never leave reviews but this experience was that bad. Wait staff was the only positive. First time at the Ranch was amazing, these last two horrible experiences, we won't be back.

Wonderful experience delicious food loved our seats by the window with large leather chairs. So yes the food is placed all over the restaurant. It's a lot of walking and searching "hunting" for your food. I was expecting more steak bites but the prime rib was great and those roasted brussel sprouts - I could have had a plate of those as a meal. Overall a nice experience. The Ranch team was wonderful and so nice. Truly Texan

This is the second year we have come on Mothers Day and it was a great experience. We arrived early for our reservation and did not wait very long and were seated right away. The food selections were wonderful. Everything was kept stocked and was kept at the appropriate temperature. A great experience and we will be back.

The Ranch always has a superb brunch for special holidays. We have been to the Mother's Day brunch for the past 3-4 years now, and we keep returning because of how wonderful it is. We also often eat at The Ranch for special occasions, and we have never been disappointed.

My family were profiled during the recent dining experience. The waiter made our entire experience completely uncomfortable. He made inappropriate remarks, he had a condescending attitude, and blatantly refused to update our bill when an error occurred. My daughter who is 12 dined with us and the waiter lied and said kids prices were over at 11, even though the restaurant opened at 10 and the site clearly stated there was a difference in price for kids. I had my daughter's birth certificate in my phone readily available. She is tall for her age so I somewhat understand, but I have never had to use it before and I've never been lied to by a waiter. We still tipped because it was Mother's Day and busy, but we were extremely uncomfortable. The waiter also made it a point to laugh and openly communicate with surrounding tables that had same race guests, while we received sarcasm and bare minimum interaction.

Such nice people and the food was delicious!

Me, my wife and our daughter loved the food! We had the chicken fried chicken and the special seafood loaded baked potato! That creamy Cajun cheese sauce on the potato was delicious!
Hats off to the chef & sous chef!

The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. The only minor downside was because of the noise level at the beginning of the meal- reservation was for 12:30 on a weekday with a huge lunch crowd. The crowd dissipate and not long after the meal began, and the noise level is great. I'd recommend.

Great food, friendly staff and awesome outdoor seating. Just wish there were a few more options for hard cider. Otherwise really great food, especially the crab dip.

Went here for my anniversary. The food was amazing! The waitress was so helpful during our orders, answered all our questions. The restaurant accommodated to our food allergies. Fantastic live music! Definitely will return to this Texas grown and raised restaurant.

The waiter was great however, the food was not. The value and the portion sizes were not aligned. They tried to move us to a whole new table with an hour and a half wait when all we needed was a high chair for a three year old. Could barely hear the waiter because the tables were just loud.

First time in. Hostess was great wish I would have got her name for reference server was great just the right amount of attention and very informative of the menu and bar selection, thanks Cecil.

Tamika (sp?) was the friendliest and most respectful waitress I've ever had. I don't know what she's paid but it should be more. She was fantastic and made our visit super enjoyable.

Made a reservation and still hade to wait 40 minutes. Steak was cooked wrong. Drinks are over priced.
