Stayed at the Western Motel in Venita, Oklahoma. Right next to the Hi-way Cafe, off Route 66. Both are a must see.. had Ribeye Steak dinner was the best I have had in long time..The steak was very tender and just how I like it cooked.. I recommend making reservations for the first Saturday of the Month in order to get a seat here. Hotel was decorated with Route 66 Lamp and bedding and artwork . very nostalgic and very clean.

Great placw for homestyle cooking. The chicken fried steak was good. The hamburger was handmade and so juicy. The onion rings were amazing! And they have a giving wall. Give someone the gift of a meal which is such an amazing blessing.

A fun place to stop for pictures on Route 66. They have good food and friendly staff. Just an all around fun place to stop for a meal. Get the antique silverware and get a free dessert with your meal.

Too bad we stopped by after the cafe was closed. I wish we could have enjoyed a meal here based on the reviews I have read. We still took the time to take pictures of the murals, Muffler Man statue, and the cool neon sign. Hopefully, the next time we pass through, we'll be able to have a meal here.
