I just want to recognize one of your employees, Chrystal! I’ve been coming here for years and she was the most pleasant, friendliest employee I’ve had! Her customer service was top notch, she even went back in to get more sauce just to be sure I had enough! She really brightened my day so please tell her thank you for me! She deserves to be acknowledged!
My family dines at this sonic quite frequently. 9 times out of 10 they get my order wrong. Staff is great, helpful, very nice. But every time I order food something is wrong. And I'm not driving back to the store to have this fixed. The cooks really need to read the screen and if it's coming to BOH wrong then systems need to be updated. I'm not trying to sound like a hateful person but it's quite frustrating to almost always have our food wrong.
