“Order ahead on the app and skip the line!” What a gimmick! Ordered via the app, came 15 minutes later to pick it up when they told me to, and then sat in the parking lot for an additional 20 minutes waiting on my order. The two cars behind me got their food first after also being asked to pull up to the front door. Absolutely ridiculous!
Everything here is a self-serve customer responsible for taking orders, placing orders, picking up orders cleaning off your own table and it still costs an average $12 per person. Surprised that we weren't required to clean the bathrooms and mop the floors. Self serve is supposed to be a cost saving measure unfortunately those savings do not reach the customer they're for the restaurants bottom line.

Bless the 2 women working tonight (12/19/23). If I had to put up with what they did tonight then I probably would of ended up in jail because the drunk guy working was ridiculous and definitely didn't belong anywhere in public that drunk... let alone at work... where your dealing with customers!
