“good place to go to taste some good hamburgers at a good price with a good view, it is the first time I see a restaurant in the middle of highway it looks incredible. in terms of service it was good without getting excellent they had problems with finding the orders. in terms of cleanliness I think the bathrooms need a little more attention“
“Stopped here on a road trip. Wait time was average. The sandwich artist was really good at building a sub. Both she and the cashier were amiable. Subs were top notch. Great flavors, just enough dressing, and they didn’t fall apart when you ate them. Would definitely stop again.“

“Jodi was very very nice to us when taking our order. It’s a new McDonald’s with a fresh look and very open and inviting atmosphere. The food was great and the service was even better!Kid-friendliness: My one year old and my 7 year old nephew went with us and they got happy meals. There were a lot of boosters and high chair for use if multiple families were to eat at once.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a few wheel chair accessible tables and handicap parking spaces“
“Bless the 2 women working tonight (12/19/23). If I had to put up with what they did tonight then I probably would of ended up in jail because the drunk guy working was ridiculous and definitely didn't belong anywhere in public that drunk... let alone at work... where your dealing with customers! You ladies deserve a raise and he should be fired. Between his belligerent mouth and trying to play his personal speaker with music that's really not appropriate for a fast food restaurant or his nearly falling every other step and refusing to go home after he was told at least 4 times to leave, I don't see how he ever got the job to begin with. I happened to be the only person in the store and it still took 33 min to get my (2) cravings boxes because they were having to deal with Ol Drunky. Good luck with all that Taco Bell you lost my business for a while.“
“I have always liked Carl's Jr. a lot. Their food is definitely better than some of the other big fast food chains and the employees are always pleasant. Although in a truck stop (we were traveling), this location was no exception. We got the California Classic burgers and the fried zucchini with ranch. Love the zucchini ~ it's a great alternative to the usual French fries. The employee who took our order was very nice and helpful even it was very busy. It was great to get something decent and hot to eat after a 600 mile drive.“
“It's a gas station subway. They were "out" of a lot of ingredients. The gentleman was very nice but looked like he was overwhelmed when a line formed. We wanted to pay separately for our meals, which we mentioned multiple times during the ordering process, but he still charged everything to one card. Other than that, it was very fast and easy to get in and out with our food.“
“I am a very picky eater who stopped in at this taco place in Venita today as I was passing through town. I was very happy to find the best tostada I've had in at least 2 decades! The ingredients were super fresh, the shell was very crispy, thin and delicious! The original hot sauce was flavorful and just the right amount of picanté. Larry answered all my "picky eater" questions and was really nice. I don't get through Venita very often, but I will go out if my way to come back to Taco Mayo!“
