Your employee Micheal was amazing 👏 I would put him in management in a heartbeat, He was patient and pleasant, he tried to upsell on products (which he should) and also politely asked for a review after I told him he was doing a wonderful job. “The amazing food turned this from a 3-star review into a 4-star! I was initially concerned about the slow line for ordering and the numerous flies in the restaurant, but I could attribute that to a busy drive thru line and open windows. I noticed the great value on food when I was able to order, looks like Braums has stayed relatively immune to inflation! I got a chicken strip dinner (5 tenders, fries, bread roll, a cookie, and Braums sauce) for only $7.50. Good, spacious seating area. Would definitely come back here, especially for their ice cream!

“I love Burger King. Loved it for 10 years. This Burger King is making me question my love for it. My order has been wrong 3 days in a row. Why go back you must ask? I’m not from here. I eat what I love & that’s Burger King. There’s a specific female who seems to hate her job and it’s a book on her arm you can read out loud. This place is definitely pushing people away from the customer service lack of care. I don’t know if I’ll be back. Maybe try again in a month see if it’s gotten better. Foods good no complaints on food. It’s the atmosphere it’s like you’re bothering people to get food.“
