Hate they don't let you get your own drinks now, it's a pain to have to stand in line for a refill, workers are busy and hardly have time to look at you, let alone take time to refill a drink.
McDonald's indoor service is absolutely horrible. I really don't know how to use the kiosk machines so I push the help button. I stood there 20 minutes and no one ever helped me. We went to Burger King across the street.

Ordered ahead of app. Checked in but waited 14 minutes for food. Went in to find it, and was not greeted or anything. Customers were standing around waiting, the people behind the counter were upset. It wasn't a great experience , I remember why I never go there. On the other hand, the family share meals were tasty and good value.
