First time I’ve tried Andy’s Frozen Custard. It was delicious! I had a root beer float which was rich, creamy and refreshing. There was lots of ways to have your frozen custard made into. There was plenty of parking and a drive-thru. I would highly recommend Andy’s Frozen Custard ice cream for your next dessert option.
Let me start this out with I love ice cream and Andy's is one of my favorite spots. I've been eating at Andy's for years at the various locations in Oklahoma City and Edmond.
I frequent the location in Warr Acres on NW Expressway. The last several times, they have messed up my order. I hate wasting food so I've just been dealing with it. Truth be told, it's too expensive to continue getting the wrong thing. The staff preparing the orders need to be re-trained on the recipes.
I hope this location can find it's way back to the high standard of service providing quality desserts Andy's is known for.
Best ice cream period.
The best custard in the world this place is a serious addiction. Anyone know of any Andy anonymous meetings I can go to for help?

I really like this place & come here often. Andy’s Fall flavors are some of my favorite throughout the year.
Tonight, I purchased 2 large concretes which is roughly $20. When I pulled to the window & paid I asked for a drink carrier, as my cup holders were already occupied with drinks from a previous stop. Unfortunately, the young lady informed me they do not have those & proceeded to explain how I could just lean them against my seat. I found her advice to be very unhelpful as that is not a viable, safe or secure method to transport ice cream that melts rather quickly.
All that to say, I would recommend the owners consider offering drink holders since Andy’s sales custards in CUPS. Regardless, I will be back as I’m a sucker for fancy overpriced but yummy desserts!

Very lazy. Handed me my shake overflowing and dripping everywhere in my car then closed the window. Gave me the wrong sizes as well. Everytime I go there is always something wrong doesn't matter if it's the sizes, doesn't have really anything in it or it's overflowing like crazy something is always wrong

Very lazy. Didn't make it anywhere close to what the picture showed. Was basically just vanilla ice cream with a little bit of pumpkin pie crusts
I got the pumpkin pie concrete.
