Jimmy John’s truly lives up to the “freaky fast” hype. Every time I go in, my order is ready in what feels like seconds—and it’s always made right. The quality is top notch, with fresh bread, crisp veggies, and just the right amount of meat and cheese.
I get the #11 Italian sub every single time. I’m not even tempted by the rest of the menu because I’m honestly addicted to it. The moment I finish one, I already want another—though I’ve learned the giant size is a little too ambitious, even for me.
The vibe inside is usually pretty chill, which I appreciate. It’s rarely packed when I stop by, and there’s something kind of peaceful about sitting there with my sandwich while the occasional customer comes in to grab their pickup order.

Ordered a # 9 with extra sauce and that was the dryest sandwich ever. No wonder the service is bad because the manager Nate doesn't care when mistakes are made. I wouldn't recommend this store. Go to other ones that care about thier PAYING customers. Nate seems like he hates his job maybe he should Go work from home if you lack interpersonal skills.
Staff shut down the line in the early evening on a Sunday, probably to go home early.

I ordered online for pickup at this location (11/30/2024 at 6:49pm). When I arrived, the three employees were on their phones and my order had not been started. One of the female employees did not wash her hands after handling her phone, but proceeded to make one of my sandwiches. The male employee immediately returned to his phone, not changing gloves. I was not bothered by the phone use, just the known spread of bacteria. When I pay to feed my pregnant wife, I expect safe food handling. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Ordered 5 sandwiches called to complain they messed 3 of the sandwiches up. Stated he could not refund me. Didn’t take my name or number said to call back Monday. There is nothing he can do. And literally said I have to deal with the customer in-front of me. I said wait I am a customer as well. He said call back Monday.

This location was really good for a long time but I noticed that they recently changed the staff like completely and I went through the drive through and I had to repeat my order like 3 time because the guy taking my order didn’t know what I was ordering and then I got my food and it had tomato and onions and I ordered a slim 5 which is only meat and cheese, make sure to clarify your order if you go here

I went thru drive thru approx 3:50 got a Vito sandwich. When arrived home and started to eat it the bread was so tough hard I could not chew it. I put the meat/cheese and ingredients in a bowl and ate as salad. I have never had this happen before. But wanted to let you know.

My Mediterranean Chicken wrap and hummus was good. The pita chips are dry and hard. My husband was not impressed with his ham sandwich. Not much on it and they have no warm sandwiches. Took awhile to get our food.
