Hard to get into lot. Drive-thru speaker not working. They couldn't figure out my order because I didn't know what combo number it was on the menu. Then they had no sandwich bread, anyway. I've had good service and food there in the past, but it was a bit of a trainwreck today...

Staff was nice, but the food was not very good. The fish was way overcooked. Usually the food is a little better.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE!! The place was filthy!! The drink station was sticky and wet. The condiment station was a mess. Every table was dirty or wet. Debris on the floor. We finally found the cleanest table and still had to wipe it down. They had at least 4 employees there and only 1 customer. No one even attempted to clean anything. Even after we mentioned how dirty it was. The lady said it was dirty because of a busy lunch crowd. It was 2:00pm and only 1 customer. Also we ordered fish and chicken and got only fish. We also ordered a fish sandwich and got a chicken instead?? All for $15.00. Waste of money!! They made our order to go because they said they were out of plates?? The customer before us was upset about his order and the customer after us demanded a refund because they kept messing up his order and delaying it. The woman behind the counter was loud and unprofessional. We attempted to unpack our meal but decided to leave so we would not have to hear that loud woman talk. It was hot in there, dirty, and a waste of time and money. They have gone down hill. We used to love LJS but we will NOT go back!! You need a new staff and a cleaner store!! It is sad when my child wanted to speak to a manager about their dirty store and bad service.

Horrible if you want to wait 15 min after opening have rude cashier's and managers o and add in 6 minutes for them ignoring you in drive thru at the window yeah... horrible isn't even the word and to top it off my order was wrong but didn't wanna spend another 20 to get it right. What happened to Long John silvers idk but its goin down the drain.

The most friendly and helpful store manager, I have encountered in any fast food establishment. She went above and beyond with great customers service....will be visiting this LJS on Northwest Highway in OKC. More often....wish I'd got her name. ..she did have pretty red hair.
