Just got a wing combo. Wings have enough feathers left on them to fly! Disgusting! Went through the drive through. Too much teouble to take them back. I just wont go there sgain.

Ordered through Instacart. I did not receive the purchased food for my friend & I. The franchise slim chickens stated they could not offer a refund. Instacart response is in the pics att to this review as they could not offer a refund either. Karlos, the driver did not walk down to my apt, he asked if my apt was near the pool with no water, I told him no to walk away from the pool towards the east side of the Putnam Villas housing section he then responded that he couldn’t find the apartment and I received the message in the pics. This took place in September 2025.

I always get great service at this location. My family and I split several items and they were all really delicious. They have several sauces to choose from and some dry rubs as well. Tony is awesome! He was super nice and professional. Came to check on us several times. Can't beat this type of service! Its getting harder to find! Thanks again!

First time here and it was nice experience. Came with the family and the cashier, Fernando, was very polite and helpful with menu selections. The chicken was hella fresh and my 11 month old ate the mac and cheese up! We will be coming back!

Was told lobby was closed at 10pm, that they will be doing to go only. Since we were already out of the car we walked to the speaker and asked if we can sit in their outside patio with our to go order. We heard the speaker muffle but no response. After walking away and another car pulled up, they responded to them and took their order. I don’t know why we couldn’t get a response as to why we couldn’t have service, but this was very rude and disappointing.

So we got food to go. I got the hungry mans meal and my chicken was petrified and drier then the Sahara desert. We frequent slims once a week in nwa and I've never had a product that poor from any of them.
