All good at Starbucks my order is always done perfectly. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the business and overall employee appearances could clean up a bit.

Just to inform you, the tax is significantly higher and they charge more at this location. I get the same order every single time and it comes out to be $7.20, I came to this location and it was $8.20! I asked because I wasn’t sure if they put my order in right and she said she’s never heard of another location charging less and laughed …. I’ve been to almost every single location in OKC and this store and the store in Starbucks is the only one charging those prices. $8.20 for a medium which should be considered a small shaken espresso with no add on’s besides cold foam is ridiculous.

“Miranda” was so kind! I asked her, “could I use the restroom” she replied, “sure” and gave me the pin number to unlock the door. She didn’t look at me rudely or ask me if I had an order/was I going to place an order. Some Starbucks that I’ve been to, have in the past. They’ve looked at me rudely or have asked me was I going to order anything?! I guess, in order for me to use the restroom, I had to do so???!!!🤔🧐🤷♀️But, this Starbucks didn’t. Yay! I’m so glad that I stopped by this Starbucks! Again, Miranda was so kind! 👍👍👍

I always come to this same Starbucks on Northwest expressway and the man was trying to get it fixed right well the woman made My drink watered down again and it's not the same drink like I usually get and I'm very disappointed and she had a attitude and they were literally throwing things around because she was mad because he asked her to remake it well this is poor service and this is not the first time this happened to me I brought other customers here as well and it happened to them too where they didn't get the drinks that they asked for or it wasn't made correctly and it said that now I have to take my services somewhere else when I come here all the time so some days are good days when there's good workers and some days are bad days when there's workers like the ones they had today when they started not wanting to fix the situation it still give me a watered-down drink. So my advice is don't go to this Starbucks here especially on Monday like I said sometimes they're good sometimes or not but most time it's always a problem.
