Employees are really nice even if you hang around for 3+ hours the way I did. My drinks were made correctly and everything was delicious! They also have the option to use a reusable cup or mug, which is something I haven't seen at a Starbucks since before the pandemic!

I ordered a chai latte, and my drink was ready almost instantly — which honestly surprised me. But as soon as I took a sip after leaving, I realized it was just a regular coffee. Maybe the barista thought, “Who cares?” Well, when customers are paying $7–$8 for a drink, it should at least be accurate.
As an Indian, I couldn’t help but feel there was some bias involved. When I went back to clarify, the just said he “misheard” without any real apology — it felt intentional. Working in hospitality myself, I can tell when a mistake is genuine and when it’s not.
Thank you for your “kind” service — but I won’t be coming back to Starbucks again. To any Starbucks.

Kristine the shift manager since Ive been coming to this store is always giving great service she goes above and beyond to always give great service .. she makes sure my order is received in a timely manner and always brightens up my day with her smile and joy . I hope that starbucks sees this and gives her a promotion and a raise. She works hard for it . She definitely deserves it

All good at Starbucks my order is always done perfectly. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the business and overall employee appearances could clean up a bit.
Just to inform you, the tax is significantly higher and they charge more at this location. I get the same order every single time and it comes out to be $7.20, I came to this location and it was $8.20! I asked because I wasn’t sure if they put my order in right and she said she’s never heard of another location charging less and laughed …. I’ve been to almost every single location in OKC and this store and the store in Starbucks is the only one charging those prices. $8.20 for a medium which should be considered a small shaken espresso with no add on’s besides cold foam is ridiculous.

“Miranda” was so kind! I asked her, “could I use the restroom” she replied, “sure” and gave me the pin number to unlock the door. She didn’t look at me rudely or ask me if I had an order/was I going to place an order. Some Starbucks that I’ve been to, have in the past. They’ve looked at me rudely or have asked me was I going to order anything?! I guess, in order for me to use the restroom, I had to do so???!!!🤔🧐🤷♀️But, this Starbucks didn’t. Yay! I’m so glad that I stopped by this Starbucks! Again, Miranda was so kind! 👍👍👍
