“One thing about Ichiban is that it's going to hit EVERY SINGLE TIME. I order to go often to work when I want something light, fresh, and delicious. The poke bowls are highly customizable and are perfect every time. I don't know why I took so long to write a review. EVERYTHING I've had from here (poke bowls, sushi, tempura, fried rice, Thai tea) has been exceptionally good every time. ✨️✨️✨️✨️“

“The food was incredible! The takoyaki is the best I’ve had in the city; it has that smoky flavor that you’d expect from good takoyaki in Japan! The spicy tuna and salmon rolls were also very tasty with generous amounts of raw fish. Service was also great! Shoutout to Pearl for being an incredible and patient host!“

“The music is soft and the room is darker (great ambiance- but not the best place for rowdy kids). However, my children throughly enjoyed the hibachi chicken! Husband and I shared sushi, fried rice, egg rolls, and the crab Rangoon. HIGHLY recommend the Roll N Rock Sushi roll, the crab Rangoon, and the fried rice. Seriously all very delicious!!“

“Smelled so clean, staff was amazingly inviting and not bothersome at all, the food was more than delicious, and the prices were very fair! The cherry on top was that our waitress asked US if we wanted drinks to go. We didnt have to ask her! ❤️ We did go on a Tuesday so Im not sure how they are with a busier crowd but we loved it. We will definitely be back many times!“

“The Sushi Bar is located near the corner of Northwestern and NW 178th streets in Edmond. Opening hours are 11am to 10pm (Mon to Sat) and 12pm to 9pm (Sun). They have a fair sized indoor seating area and do take-away as well. Menu features a wide range of Japanese speciality dishes including raw dishes, rolls and various platers. Recently had dinner here. The Naughty Girl salmon roll was good. Tuna Tataki and Yellow Tail with hot Korean style sauce (daily special) were both fresh and quite good. Edamame starter was fine as well. Service friendly, prices reasonable. Overall, this was a pretty good meal, recommendable for those who enjoy Japanese cuisine and searching for places to try in Edmond.“

“📢 This is by far the best restraunt I have ever ate at. IN my beliefs, it beats a huge amount of other restaurants. The sushi has great flavor, the presentation of there food is on point, great employees great management. For the first time in a long time this is by far an outstanding restraunt. I highly recommend coming here for a nice date, get together or come enjoy alot of variety of delicious food. 12 out of 10. And I have never gave that rating.“

“Quick stop for an amazing lunch before our 3 hour drive home. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service was speedy, but good. The waitress was super sweet, and smiled a lot. They even had the little chopsticks helpers for the kiddos. We will go again next time we are in town.“

“First let's just look how gorgeous this is right now. The detail in everything is impeccable. The fish quality, the rice, the seaweed, the crab, the cucumber, the avocado, the wasabi(fresh wasabi, not artificial tube/burning your mouth wasabi), the pickled ginger, and the soy sauce are all quality ingredients. Yes it's Kikoman soy sauce but they're actually an authentic Japanese brand. Nothing was too fishy, the salmon is fresh, the red snapper is buttery, and the texture of everything really is on point. You will not be getting mushy old ingredients here. Everything is made to order, no flavors are overpowering. You can genuinely taste the effort put into sourcing every single ingredient. Try them if you haven't. I recommend the California and the Rainbow rolls. But I know the rest are just as good because they all use the same ingredients. The staff are always extremely pleasant. They're more than just smiling faces; they are genuinely kind, caring, and take pride in their service. Even though the inside is smaller and cozy they are bustling back and forth to get orders out with grace. They can get busy at times but they're definitely worth any wait time. Good people, great food, great atmosphere/lighting, and great ingredients!“

“Sushi roll we ordered was great, and the hibachi was phenomenal. One of the best Edamame I’ve had, it was garlicky, and had a hint of Wasabi. Our waitress was very kind and respectful, and the semi private booths just elevate the experience. Busy on weekends, make reservations!“
