you guys have messed up our orders about four times now. the first time, okay but every other time come on. in my chicken quesadilla you left out all of the ingredients on one of the slices. constantly you put onions or tomatoes on my husbands food when he clearly states no onion or tomato. you’ve put ice in no ice drinks. also, one day a worker was being rude as my husband said some of the words with a hispanic accent.

Worst customer service I've ever had. The cashier was okay, but the cook (I'm guessing) was arguing with me about my order while I had proof, in the form of my receipt as well as my order, infront of me. Then instead of admitting his mistake, he was just rude instead.

I paid $11.89 for a number 8. Went to put taco sauce on the taco and it was literally 99 percent lettuce. There wasn’t even a tablespoon of meat on the taco. I walked back up to the counter and asked if that is what I just paid $11.89 for and they said yes. That is an absolute insult to your loyal customers.

Man so if the store closes lets say because of snow the app thinks it's ok to automatically switch the stores so that way when you walk up there and find the place closed your food is in a completely different place that you can't get to and you've already paid money for it and didn't ask for food from that location.now when you try to get someone to help you that's the real slap in the face when both places tell you it's the apps fault and it's a 3rd party thing well that's funny cuz you can't even walking and talk to a person anymore you go to a big screen where we find the 3rd party app aging. Why will no one help me with this issue.

February 12th, 4:15/20ish PM.The drive thru worker, an older white lady, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a manager in fast food before, and if my employees had spoken to a customer like that, it would’ve been an immediate write-up. I was unaware that the build your own box was only online. She rudely informed me of that. So I proceeded to order off the drive thru menu. When I listed the drink for the combo, she never responded. There was silenced for about 30 seconds, and then suddenly in a rude manner “can I get you anything else?” Thinking she didn’t hear me, I started repeating my drink option and she very rudely interrupted me and asked “can I get you anything else?” Twice I believe. I told her that was it. In not the greatest tone, she then told me to pull up to the second window. The wait took a while too. This woman has been a continuous problem. I work down the street and my coworkers and our manager have all been treated with disrespect and rude customer service by that lady when we’ve gone there. My manager just recently had an incident with this lady. Extremely rude, food was dry, under seasoned somehow, and was missing two items from his order. She needs a reality check in customer service. She should know better at her age.

4 times in a row now I have ordered something and not received it. Anytime you order cinnamon twists, I’m convinced they just take them and eat them for themselves. Each time they handed the bag over, they would say “Have a good night” which is automatically implying you have been handed everything. Triple check you’ve gotten everything even if they do this because it is not a one time thing.

Went to this location to today and they over charged me by about fifty cents and would only accept cash. No receipt was provided when asked. I believe they are pocketing the additional charged. Went to file a complaint online and their website customer service link would work. Not going back.
