Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

How do you get wings wrong dog how do you add no sauce , how is the Texas toast burnt and not toasted at the same time this is the worst zaxbys ive ever been to would give 0 stars if possible

I see why this zaxbys only has 3.8 stars. They dont read very well. I added tomatoes and eggs to my salad and they put them on but didn't put my slaw on and i ordered three cookies and only got two... this was one occasion. Then today, I paid for and added tomatoes and eggs again surprise surprise, they weren't added. Because of the last mishap, I had to make sure. So I tell them and they give me maybe four slices of tomato... rotten and brown. 🙄🙄 how is it so hard? I dont get it.

Used DoorDash, but this particular store did not put my fries in the order nor did they print that I ordered fries, even though DoorDash showed that I did, & payed for them. Blamed the driver for Zaxby’s incompetence and wouldn’t refund my $ for the fries. Not the first time I’ve had problems with this specific store in OKC. Worst customer service ever!

I ordered $40 worth of food for my family because we recently had a great experience in Greenwood, Ms at Zaxbys. The experience at this location was bad. The chicken wings were still raw and the chicken had a awful taste as if it was old. My kids love the cheesecake bites but they fried the bites so long nothing was inside. Some that had filling was curdled. Overall they may need to close this location.
