If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The so called store manager”Kim” is very nasty. She told my brother to never come back to this location because we let her know the service and food was poor and SHE proposed a refund after arguing over the phone about an order with my mom. What kind of manager says that to customers? Her customer Service is so poor it’s disgraceful. She’ll NEVER have worry about us spending our hard earned money at that location.

Unfortunately, we came in a few days ago, Wednesday night during Spring break for dinner after leaving Lake Arcadia. The food was old, and my wife was too tired to let me bring it back up to be remade. I honestly wouldn't have paid half price for the cold chicken and french fries. Service was fast but it's obviously because we got old food. I wouldn't have minded waiting 10 or even 15 minutes for fresh food. With a Family of 5 we spent over $60 and I feel cheated. Unlikely to ever return to this located even though it is the closest Zaxby's to us.

I was ignored waiting to order. There was only one table of people eating so not busy. They didn’t give me a cup, I had to ask twice to get a cup. Then my food sat up on the warmer for quite awhile until I finally went up to ask about it. The workers was too busy blowing up balloons. Then as soon as I started to eat, he came over by me and drug the table right next to me out so close that it was at my elbow to sweep the floor and I asked him to please wait until I was done before he did that. I mean the whole restaurant was empty except for one table of people sitting on the other side. He didn’t have to clean right next to me. So he walked off and put the broom away. The workers were all talking and yelling and visiting so loudly with each other. Poor service.

The product/service Fuzzy Tacos in Moore Oklahoma is not just good—it’s exceptional. It feels like she created it with someone like me in mind, someone who needs to feel valued and seen in every detail.

First off, the staff made me feel like family. You ever walk into a place and feel like they’ve been waiting just for you. That’s how it felt. Warm smiles, quick to greet, and they didn’t miss a beat when it came to taking care of me.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Whew! Baby, when I tell you everything was seasoned to perfection, I mean per-fection. None of that bland, coulda done this myself at-home nonsense. They put love in every dish, and you can taste it. And the portions. Generous. I wasn’t leaving there hungry, that’s for sure.

And don’t even get me started on the little details, they checked on me just enough without hovering, kept my drink topped up, and made sure I had everything I needed before I even had to ask. That’s top-tier customer service right there.

If you’re looking for a place like Zaxby's in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma that feels like home but tastes like heaven, do yourself a favor and check them out. They’re doing it right, and I can’t wait to come back!

Darden Restaurants, Inc i am removing all my investments with them do to the experience I had today with the General Manager. Very poor customer service. The general manager was very argumental very ghetto not professional laughed when I brought the problem to her attention. The cashier was very nice and very respectful they definitely have a problem here with management

I pulled through the drive-thru at 8:50 p.m. to order they don't close until 9:00 p.m. and the girl working the window told me they were closed and less I was there to do an order pickup. I called up there and spoke to the manager and he tells me that she was supposed to tell me that they only had chicken strips and fries available because they were about to close that is not the message that was relayed to me and I was unable to order even though there was still 10 minutes until they closed I will not return to this store location

I decided to give this location another chance because it was late when I went so this evening I ordered a chicken sandwich with pickles fries and a drink The chicken tasted like it have been cooked in old grease and the pickles were missing and it tasted so bad that it was literally inedible My french fries were cold and very old so I called and spoke to the general manager who then argued with me and told me that she just changed her grease out and gave me a very hard time about calling in the first place so she told me she would let me talk to the AGM but he would in fact agree with her so it was useless for me to call him I then told her that if I was unable to reach the gym then I would just leave a bad review and she laughed at me and said woohoo go ahead this is the most unprofessional fast food restaurant I believe I've ever been to and the GM acts like a child and should not be running the store and if her AGM agrees with everything that she says then it's practically useless to address anything that's wrong because you'll get nowhere with it I do not recommend this Zaxby's location at all beat here at your own risk. It was a total waste of money

I went through the drive through , I accidentally forgot I had reported my card lost and my card decline the girl at the window “Casey” worst customer service. I can hear her saying “get out my drive through rudely because my card declines. I go back in line to ask if they can type my other card number in I’m a GM my self at at restaurant so I know most restaurants can do that she tells me “mhmmm I can try and see while rolling her eyes” bad customer service. I can guarantee you workers like her make customers get away from
