“Much nicer campground than Salt Plains. Nice sites, lots of hiking opportunities (don’t miss the springs) and a cute general store where we had breakfast, lunch & dinner. I had good pancakes and eggs and my husband had a nice veggie omelet. They have marble rye toast! But thought it was odd for a state park to have free Bibles and coyote skulls for sale. ? Once again, never saw a ranger.“
