We stopped at the food truck and ordered the QuesoBirria (5 star) and street tacos (very good). If you’re passing through Weatherford and want to grab a quick bite that’s not the usual fast food this place is a must. Try the QuesoBirria!! True Mexican food. There are picnic tables if you want to eat on site.
I love this taco truck. I don't live that close, but I like to stop by when I pass through Weatherford. This time, I stopped by after a ball game. Awesome street tacos as always.
Our food was delicious, prepared fresh, and well executed. I ordered a taco plate with chicken and pork tacos. I preferred the chicken. It came with rice/beans, and I really appreciated the fresh veggies / a few slices of grilled onion, a grilled jalapeno and some slices of grilled carrot with what seemed to be lightly pickled. My dad enjoyed his pork burrito. We loved the flavor of the cup of elote, but it was pretty saucy - maybe more so than normal, so was definitely more along...
