If I could give this place zero stars I would. Me and my boyfriend went through the drive through and we got 2 McChickens with cheese Mayo and the chicken only with a medium fry. They didn't put the chicken on the MCCHICKEN. They just put cheese and Mayo on there and we didn't get our medium fry. That place is a joke. When I went in to fix my order I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for the girl to turn around and see me. All the workers in the back were messing around not actually doing their job.

They forgot my daughters order. She had to go up and ask about it. Then they didn't even give her the pies that she ordered. When I called for a refund we were told that she would have to come back in person after I'd already stated that she was with a whole class of kids and then I was asked if the order was placed on the kiosk. If the kiosks are issues take them out. That question shouldn't have even been asked. It doesn't matter, the order was forgot. She waited upwards 30 minutes for them to then make it and the pies weren't done by the time the class left. Terrible service.

Standard McDonald’s, but the restaurant was very dirty, seemed short staffed which isn’t their fault, however they forgot one of my groups orders for over 30 minutes and had a variety of other chaos going on in other orders. Definitely needs some handiwork

Disgusting behavior just now from a red haired older lady working here.. I’m a door dasher, and majority of the time McDonald’s dasher orders aren’t ready by the estimated time it gives me, so therefore I wait 2-5 minutes before going in to get the order. I get to McDonald’s, park, and put that I’ve arrived. I go in to pick up the order a few minutes after estimated time (REMINDER this is bc the dasher orders are NEVER ready at the estimated time given bc McDonald’s it’s usually slow), the lady proceeds to scold me, saying I should’ve came in 10minutes earlier to grab it when it hadn’t even been 10minutes for me accepting the order, and legit walked in 3 minutes after the estimated time…She mentions how me not coming in and not grabbing it in time makes them look bad and lower their rate this, that, blah blah, like lady! You should be worried about ME, a CUSTOMER giving you a bad rating! Her customer service was so hateful for no reason, Not to mention I walk in and the food isn’t even on the pickup counter she was just holding it against her for whatever reason😠as I left too, she proceeded to keep talking about me to coworkers.. Overall this was disgusting behavior toward me I have NEVER had something like this happen. Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you take it out on me?? Like, let’s both just do our job, and worry about yourself!! Like Hello?? We both are not getting paid enough to be doing the most.💀

So for whatever reason this McDonald's dosent put cheese on the sausage mcmuffin from the value menu. This is the only McDonald's across several states that I've come across that does this. It's happened all 7 times I've been over the course of 18months. Stop trying to save a buck and make it properly.

My fries were cold when they were handed to me which was frustrating. The drive through line is extremely slow and the time to get through it can vary from a couple minutes to over an hour sometimes. They removed basically any color that isn't drab brown and McDonald's yellow a year or two ago and now it's just another grey washed restaurant. Not a great experience when I can go through any other drive through in town in 10 minutes or less.
