This restaurant named Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The staff went above and beyond to help with a laptop and tech question, and the coffee was superb. At another location, the baristas were friendly and gave ideas for places to try, with drinks that were flavorful and foamy. There is amazing customer service, and the coffee is doing the job for a long drive. The atmosphere is AMAZING from the moment of walking in, with very friendly workers and awesome speed of service. However, some visits have had the cookie crumble and the ribbon crunch tasting mostly like bitter coffee, or strong bitter coffee. Some describe it as the McDonald's of coffee, with burnt bean tasting coffee and no personality.
