I had such a great time at Osakis! The best part was definitely the service from Caitlyn she was super friendly and helped me navigate the menu, she also made sure my drink stayed full! I highly recommend the yam-yam roll and requesting Caitlyn as your server!!
I really expected more from the priciest restaurant in town. Food was just ok service was fine, place looked like a simple diner rather than an authentic Asian restaurant. I had hibachi steak, chicken and shrimp and there just wasn't much flavor. Steak and chicken was very dry and chewy. My son loves Asian food and he was disappointed as well. Just not much value here.
The choice to seat me under if a leaking ceiling instead of telling us it was leaking- ruined the rest of the experience. I try to be fair about judging restaurants- but that was unsanitary and made me mad.
