What a great place to stop for a bite! *Everything* that came out of the kitchen looked yummy. Very polite staff. Bathrooms were super clean - if you're traveling the interstate and need a meal and a bathroom break, this is the place.
Husband and I stopped on return to MO from AZ. It was a long trip bidding his mom farewell. There was a peace in the restaurant for us. We were able to sit in a corner, and the friendly waitress had the perfect amount of interaction and presence.We both had the Western Omelette. I special ordered mine and they were very kind about it and it was great! W always leave very satisfied. The food is homemade and absolutely delicious. I order the Chicken Fried Steak and I am NEVER disappointed. The service is great too. The atmosphere is calm, rustic and inviting. Everytime we drive through Weleetka, we HAVE to stop at Cowpokes.Parking: Truck parking available
