Stopped inside tonight and there was about 3 employees. One appeared to be new and we witnessed the shift lead, Debra, following her newer employee berating everything he did and raising her voice at him. The employee was clearly flustered and struggling to perform due to her excessive belittling. Her style of management didn’t speed up food production, nor the quality, or helped her new employee be a contributing team member. Honestly surprised he didn’t quit then and there. Do better!

Greg was so sweet at the window and very respectful to us. The food was hot and everything was as ordered. Thank you, Greg, for cheering us up and being so kind and made Carl's Jr. a pleasant experience 😀 Wish I could say the same for Sonic.

Sat in drive through for five minutes drove up and waited at window for a few, no service. Two hours before close. Old tape on the speaker and place looks like trash. Surprised the manager still has a job.
