There are more kids working here than adults and the chaos is visible at the counter. Dirty messy dripping counters and kids bumping into each other trying to fill orders. No rhyme or reason except lack of management for guidance. My sundae came messy, sticky container, no spoon or even a sack when I asked to go the hot out a lid on it and handed it to me.

It is fast food; it's not a restaurant meant for wine and dining your date. But it's family friendly, and they usually get your order correct when asking for substitutions or omitting sauces, etc.If I had a complaint, it would be in the drive-thru and someone makes your shake or ice cream cone right as you order, yet you're 5 vehicles back and things are starting to melt by the time you get to the window.
