We got a Sancho burrito and chicken fajitas. The burrito was just terrible. The hamburger meat is plant base and not real meat. It didn't have hardly any of the stuff in it it was suppose to, no beans or cheese or lettuce. Mostly just mushy plant based protein..like taco bell "meat". The waitress could care less when I voiced my concern and never came back until she handed us the check. We can not recommend this place.

Everything we've had here has always been amazing. My go to is the Mexican fajitas which is usually 2-3 meals worth and the amazing white queso.
One of the big highlights is also Hector himself. He has always been there when we go and he makes sure to go to every table and greet everyone there and make you feel like you are a long lost cousin.
We stop here any chance we can when traveling between okc and panhandle.

I will never go back in this restaurant again. It was terrible service, I was sitting in there for more than 30 minutes just on some drinks and a menu. I am so mad. My food was also really cold, Me and my family is very disappointed!

Very friendly place. The fastest I've ever received my food. I've been to 12 states, and these guys are the best. My server Pedro #5 made sure everything was good .The atmosphere was great. The adult drinks are well made.

I absolutely love the atmosphere and the kind, friendly employee's and owners. The food is also amazing. I definitely recommend Hector's to anyone who loves Mexican food.

Husband & I have been coming here for years. Hector came from a restaurant called, Playa Azul, which was a phenomenal place. Their nachos fajitas is a great go to menu item. We moved away in 2022, and yesterday was in Woodward & decided to stop in. Husband got the chimichanga, which he labeled basic. He said "it's difficult to mess up a chimi, but they did it". Their chips are lacking flavor & salt. Super skimpy on the queso.. they must have the world's smallest ladle back there, they don't even fill the little red bowl. Had to ask for more queso many times. The guacamole was like baby sh!t from a squirt bottle, definitely seemed store bought. It was really visually gross. Nachos fajitas was the only thing that saved the lunch.. minus those chips. We recalled our last visit was a few years back.. and remembered we weren't impressed back then.. so we've decided that was that...no more Hector's Amigos on our list of places to eat.

I've been in a lot of Mexican restaurants and I can actually say that the food here is top of the line and the staff are awesome and the owners are great at what they are doing!!! I live in Illinois and come out there 1 or two times a year and never miss a chance to visit Hector and amigos 5 ⭐ rating ??

The food came out hot and fresh and it was my birthday my mom took me out to eat she whispered to the waitress next thing I know have like 15 people coming to the table singing Happy Birthday in Spanish then they smeared black Cool whip or something on my nose
Vegetarian options: I can't remember I wasn't looking at those on the menu
Parking: Parking was good they have parking spaces on the side of the street
Kid-friendliness: Yes they are very kid friendly they even have high chairs
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not for sure if you can get a wheelchair in there I wasn't really checking that out
