I just went through the mcdonalds drive thru in woodward oklahoma, i asked for ketchup only and i got everything on my mcdouble. I also got a drink and i tried to put my straw in and they way over filled it so it spilt everywhere in my car, i dont want my drink everywhere. And i paid for sweet n sour and yall didnt give it to me🤨

Exceptionally clean, both the kitchen and the customer sit down areas. Food was hot and very good and served fast. Young man at the register on this afternoon(1 Aug 2025@1600hrs) was very polite and got my order perfect. Thank you McDonald’s.. you have an amazing restaurant and staff at this location. Updated in 2025 to add: still anice location with excellent service. The owner was at the restaurant and was actively going around making sure people had what they needed and wanted. So nice! As a bonus, this one of those locations that still has a soda fountain available to guests (unlike other locations that have that under lock and key!).
Nice location - we ordered in the app and received our order at our table. The delightful young woman who delivered our order Has a nice selection of condiments with her, which was very convenient and appreciated. We had a nice meal!

Because of managers in Woodward, Oklahoma have bad morale and culture. They talk to the employees and customers like they are trash. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy and I will not spend another dime in that place. Hopefully something happens with the managers down here.

I use the app to order my food because you get points. I ordered an exercised gravy and got no gravy on my biscuits and gravy when I took it inside to tell them I ordered an exercise of gravy. The manager was In a bad mood told me that I ordered no gravy on why would somebody order biscuits and gravy with no gravy? Why would somebody want to spend five dollars for a meal and not have the whole meal I ordered an extra side of gravy they never put enough on it so it’s always dry. She wants to tell me to shut up and then wants to be rude to her employees. She has a very bad morale and culture. It would be the last time I’ve taken my money to that store if she is the manager, those managers need to learn how to speak to their customers and their employees all I think she did not but make an ass out of herself I will take my business to Carl’s Jr. Where the biscuits are always soft and always enough gravy for their biscuits and gravy I’d rather pay more money to have better food than deal with somebody like her

Food was literally dry when they have a special food cabinet to keep food fresh.
Came in a second time was parked waited 5 minutes for semi fresh nuggets and cold soggy dry fries with no salt on them ever when we come in.
It's really hard to fool a McDonald's employee.

I dropped two nuggets on the floor and I asked them if I can just get two nuggets since those two nuggets fall on the floor and I'm really surprised and happy that they gave me a whole 10 piece when I only asked for two nuggets this was incredible service that I ever had at McDonald's 10 out of 10 service
