I used to order a slab of ribs every about once a month and they were always falling off the bone and great seasoning that was 7 years ago. I ordered a slab Saturday and the ribs were heavily covered in black pepper and tough. I imagine they have changed their recipe and ways of smoking their ribs . Was very disappointed and for the price I will not be back.
