I go to bww for hot wings and cold beer! The bottle beer I get there is far from cold! I mentioned it to the bartender and asked if she could put it in some ice for me and she acted like I was putting her out.

Ordered the online bundle, asked for extra ranch and they charged me extra (okay). I pick up, manager served me, not nice at all, no politeness. I opened the ranch once home, not even filled up half way, and still asked me to pay extra?!!! Embarrassing and ridiculous service.

Ordered a honey bbq wrap with fries through door dash and my wrap was dry, it had no honey bbq sauce and my fries were cold and hard. I only live 15 minutes from this location, there’s no excuse. Don’t have food delivered from this location, save your money.

Ordered bonless wings for myself and I got traditional, told the waitress and she got me the boneless. Tried the medium flavor and the taste was awful like if they were expired, had my girl try them and she also agreed. She had the medium but traditional and tried them also to make sure. Put them to the side told the waitress and tried the bbq flavor but they tasted awful as the others, told the waitress again but I didn’t want replacements or had the time to wait so I paid the bill without even seeing how much the total was. When I got my card and the receipt to sign and my copy I picked up my card and there was something under it disgusting that I believe looked like twisted hair. I got really upset after seeing that, I didn’t sign the merchant copy or say anything because I was in a rush to leave. I left my wings and took a picture to prove I didn’t eat any, also of that thing in the receipt.

My brother took me to Buffalo Wild Wings for Veterans Day.
The waitress made me feel so special that it was hard to give eye contact. It was a really good experience. The food was great and the sports them was awesome and that waitress definitely went above and beyond.
