On the way home from the hospital, my sister and I stopped at Buffalo wild wings for lunch.
Although, I didn't catch the name of the hostess, who led us to a corner booths, she was very polite, and welcoming.
The place was truly busy as several TVs were on with several NFL football games going. Even then the restaurant was not noisy and we could easily communicate with each other and our waitress.
Our waitress, was Ms. Erin, a very polite, very welcoming, and with a warm smile. She took our drink and food orders.
We started with an appetizer the ultimate sampler which consisted of 4 chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, onion rings and pretzel knots individual sauces for $16.99. I got habanero mango sauce big mistake it melted the taste buds off my tongue. The onion rings were well seasoned, and crispy, the mozzarella stic werf delicious, as were the pretzel knots.
I ordered 10 bone in chicken wings lemon pepper sauce, for $15.49 and tater tots for $4.99 the wings were very delicious. The tots were crispy and well seasoned. My sister got 6 bone in honey bbq for $10.49 with potato wedges for $4.99. The wings were too spicy for sister's liking bug really liked the potato wedges which were very well seasoned. She also got a Pepsi for $3.99.
Overall I was very satisfied with the food and services. I will be coming here anytime soon since I am visiting from out of state.

My waiter was so mean. She charged me too much, I added it up and it was wrong. She charged me for a re fill, and didn’t even bring it. That is so childish. Very funny buffilo wild wings 🤣 lol

Ordered takeout and when I arrived no one was working the to-go station. Two other people were standing there waiting and plenty of employees walked by, one even looked like a supervisor/manager, and not one of them asked if we had been helped.

This place is home to the BEST lemon pepper wings in the city. Whether it's the dry rub or the wet sauce, it just can't be beat. The prices are great and they've always got some deals going on that gives you bang for your buck!
The point system could be a bit better since it takes forever to earn free stuff. I typically don't have a long wait when coming to this place. When the website crashes I'll call and receive great service.

I got an all American cheeseburger with tots also got the ultimate nacho appetizer it was really quite decently size appetizer split between 4 people and still had some leftover the burger was a bit slippery the amount of grease on this burger was enormous even had it dripping down my wrist at one time other than that it wasn't too bad

We had a 12 top for a wedding reception. We didn't receive drinks until 30 minutes after they were ordered. It was not a busy night. We didn't see our server for another 20 minutes to take our order. When it came time for the check, it took another half hour. Overall what was supposed to be a 40-50 minute dining experience took over 2 hours.
Throughout the entire process, there were never less than four other servers and 2 managers standing around at the host stand, when our server was very obviously struggling. On top of that, after ordering another drink, one person in our party wasn't informed they were out of said drink until half an hour after ordering. He was then charged for that drink.
