Wife and I went today at 4:10. Asked for a table because of back surgery. Was told they had a booth. Explained again that we needed a table. Receptionists looked at us like we were stupid and said they had a booth. There were no more than 6 customers in the place. We left and not sure we will be back. Have always liked it there but this was very strange.
The manager Matt has great customer service skills! Before my pizza came out they caught that it had something on it I didn't want so put in another pizza to bake. Matt came out curbside to inform me along with an apology for the additional wait, Hideaway bucks and a free drink. I really appreciated this kindness! We demolished the Hurricane pizza with BBQ sauce...so good!!
