Honestly, the only reason I’m writing it this way was because of my visit on my birthday this last March 22. The food came out cold with. The waiter was very good but we had to wait an hour for our food,we were celebrating a birthday and wasn't very happy because we have been to this particular one before and I know that the service is usually better than this.
This Cheddars had some big issues now. I ordered Cheddars to go last night and my order was all wrong. I called the store to talk to a mgr but she was unable to come to the phone. I’ll try again this morning. Cold food, order was wrong on two of my two that were ordered. I want my old Cheddars back. Ever sense Covid; this store hasn’t been close to what it was. I really miss it. The big guy made it all good the next day so I revised the stars.
