I am a truck driver, walked up to the drive through window. I cannot fit my semi in the drive thru They refused to serve me very unhappy, looked through the window flooring, kitchen is a total mess. Debris of food Everywhere you look on the floor would not eat there

It took forever to get anyone to help me and the people who were there before me. Very expensive for 1 ice cream bar. I could get a package of 12 at Braums for barely over twice what that one cost, and the ones from Braums are bigger.

Their ice cream is on par with Brahm's. I'm not big on their food but I'm not big on braum's food either. They both got great ice cream though.
Ordered a 6 piece chicken basket. THEY ASKED if I wanted to upgrade my fry to a Large. I said yes. I received a very little amount of fries (could fit all in one hand) and the gravy container was half filled. I wish I could say this was a one off thing. But in the past month, I’ve had this exact meal three times and each time I receive it this way. So next time I go. I guess I’ll have to pull a “Karen”and talk to the manager lol.

My husband and I ordered a m&m blizzard and cookie dough blizzard. When received it looked like chocolate ice cream mixed with the requested toppings. The person ahead of us got a chocolate color blizzard of some sort. My guess you didn’t clean your blenders and have completely thrown off the taste of our blizzards. What a waste of $15. Not to mention that is cross contamination and is a big no no. Good thing neither of us are allergic to nuts. The health department is going to love this one. You could seriously injure/kill someone due to your negligence. I’ve been going to Dairy Queen my whole life and have never seen a DQ blizzard look the way ours did. Highly disappointed. First time coming to this location and never will return.
