The gravy is way too watery!!! I ordered 3 for my chicken basket dinner and they're watered down!! No thickness whatsoever to dip my chicken and fries in!! Please, fix the gravy issue otherwise everything else was very good and tasty but disappointed because I was hungry and craving a DQ chicken basket with gravy. Just need fix gravy, more thickness. It also tasted like it was watered down milk!! Thank you. I hope management sees this so night crew is able fix.

They told us to pull up to the thank you sign and never brought out the food. I had to go inside and get it myself. And it was just sitting in the back getting cold in bags. And they gave us no sauce. Worst $50 spent😡

The food was not that good at all. I will stick with just the ice cream for now on. As for service, the staff was friendly and seemed happy to take your order. The seating area however could use some attention. The tables were all sticky and several were crumb filled. They all really needed to be wiped down, as well as the floor.

Very very unprofessional employees. Swearing and talking profanities in front of customers. Messed up our order and gave attitude when asking about fixing it. Bathrooms were dirty. We could hear the employees talking inappropriately from outside tables.
We only go here for Blizzards but they are always delicious. Line moves fast and the service is always good.

I am a truck driver, walked up to the drive through window. I cannot fit my semi in the drive thru They refused to serve me very unhappy, looked through the window flooring, kitchen is a total mess. Debris of food Everywhere you look on the floor would not eat there
