I picked this up to-go on a whim and OMG. When I say loaded with meat, I mean LOADED. It was so good and I will definitely eat it again. I was unsure about the raw meat that came with mine but when I called to inquire about how to properly prepare it, the gentleman who answered was so kind and helpful. Went here with my dad around 7:20 on a friday night. There were a decent number of people there but not completely packed. Enough people for the amount of orders to be stressful for them, though. I'm guessing they're understaffed? The man (I didn't catch his name) who served us was noticeably stressed, as he was working a mile a minute. The Best Spring Rolls ever. And I am from LBC the City by the Sea. I was delightfully surprised at the food here. They beat what I have had in Little Saigon Garden Grove as well. They beat em all. The only item they miss is the dried onions. If you want the best Pho Experience for the best price come here. You will get hooked on their Vietnamese Coffee with coffee jelly. I love this place.
