I went to del taco the guy at the counter told me a could not pick up my order . He told me he would charge me with trespass and refused to give me the order. He was yelling at me and was very aggressive . I told him I would record him as his behavior was not normal. I was shocked no one came to my defence when he started berating me and yelling for no reason at all.
Place our order in the drive through. Got what we thought was our order then when we get home it is nothing of what we ordered. Called and the person we spoke to tried to say that we got a “better” deal because what they gave us cost less😡. You messed up and try to convince your customer that it is to their benefit that they didn’t get what they wanted. Be careful when you go there.
