Got a pick up order of two brisket nachos and paid extra for them to add jalapeños but when we opened the boxes up they were ice cold, didn’t have jalapeños or cheese. Looks like they just threw it in box. Why did I pay EXTRA to not get what I ordered. Terrible service

fuzzy is absolutely awesome. They are relatively cheap for the quality of their food. It’s nice to be able to take a family of five and eat for under $50.
Their margaritas are also spectacular!
Kid-friendliness: One of my sons has celiac and can only eat gluten-free. His favorite thing there is the hamburger quesadilla and which they make on corn tortillas and he’s never had an outbreak. Their chips and queso was also gluten-free, which is phenomenal.

This fuzzy's taco shop reminded me of the original one in Fort Worth as far as the food quality. We did get there just a little bit before closing so I can say that the service was pretty good however I imagine it is even better during the day when they are not 15 or 20 minutes till closing time.

Overall if I had to rate it was 3.5-4 stars the 2 guys upfront were amazing but one particular black female worker she was a amazing hardworking employee she cleaned both in and out of the store and even restocked the martini glasses (she definitely deserves a promotion or raise).
But one thing that has upset me while dining was the management this white lady with brown/maroon hair ( I’m guessing) and one of the employees (female mixed lady) were talking, singing, and laughing along with being on their phones. As a manger who also works in the restaurant industry, this is very unprofessional and very unfair to the 3 other employees.
My neighbor was the one who recommended this restaurant to me. I decided to give them a try. I went inside to place a to go order and since I’ve never been before I did take some time to look over their menu. The to go lady was extremely kind and took the time to explain each dish and helped me pick what she suggested would be the best for me since I explained what I was looking for. Since my son and I are vegetarian and such. Once my order was placed it took about 15-20 mins for it to be completed. Now I did order almost $80 worth of food for my family so for the amount of food that was purchased it was a very reasonable wait time. Once home and eating the food was pleased with the taste and the portion size of everything. I found that I got my moneys worth! The food was still warm once home too! However, I did find the nacho cheese sauce somewhat watery but besides that my family loved everything else! I highly recommend and I will be a returning customer! Oh! They also do a military discount too which is extremely kind of them to do!
EXCELLENT food!!! I’ve tried many other places around the OKC area and I am the most pleased with Fuzzy’s taco shop! I highly recommend!

Almost gave it a 3-star because it's simply average. It feels like a fast food attempt at authentic Mexican tacos. It's not, but it feels that way. The service was good. The food, though cooked very well, didn't "wow" me with flavor. I got three soft tacos (on corn) - the steak, shredded chicken, and carnitas. She got veggies on flour. The "Butt Burning" brand taco sauce wasn't good. Neither of us liked the regular or the habeñero. Neither of us liked the seasoning on the corn chips (appetizer of chips and queso) and the queso was average too. There are options there, so I will still try again as I recommend you give it a go too.
