Walked in and Shana made me feel at home instantly. She made the best protein shake I’ve had, we chatted for about 20 minutes then I was on my merry way with a smile on my face! Definitely recommend if you want an atmosphere that makes you feel like family!
Super amazing place!!! Shana is incredibly sweet and great at making teas!!! Also drink packs are avaliable to make on the go! Great selection, decor is top notch!!! Can't recommend this place enough!!!
This is the most wonderful fitness drink shop I have ever been to! Me, my wife, and our grandkids, all loved the drinks and protein bites we got. We will all be back! This is my new "shake stop".
